We are happy to announce our salon is open and operating as usual.
NO SHOW/CANCELLATION POLICY:
We kindly request a minimum 24 hours notice for cancellations/rescheduling of appointments.
Exceptions will be made for cancellations if you or anyone in your household has:
Had close contact with a person who tested positive for COVID-19
Experienced any of the following symptoms— fever, sore throat, runny nose, or difficulty breathing (that is not related to a pre-existing condition)
Been legally required to quarantine

Guests who “no show” and do not attempt to contact the salon will be charged for 50% of their booked service.

as of June 1, 2021 we are lifting our mask requirement. If you would like to wear a mask or would like your stylist to wear a mask, we will gladly accommodate you.
in an effort to respect private health information we will not require you or our staff to disclose vaccination status
upon entering the salon, you will be asked to sanitize your hands and may be screened for symptoms.
we will continue to follow standard sanitation practices as outlined and required by the Board of Cosmetology of Arizona and by CDC guidelines.
We request minimal talking at the sinks to reduce the risk of moisture droplets being transmitted in such an intimate setting.

Payment Info
For you and our team’s safety, we have decided to be cashless. You will be required to have a credit card (or credit debit) on file through our secure system to reserve any appointments.
Gratuities and Tipping - for your convenience we now have a cashless tipping system called Tippy. If you prefer to give a cash gratuity you may place the tip in an envelope and our guest services team will happily deliver the tip to your stylist.
General Visit Info
In the interest of your safety we have implemented the following protocols or changes to your service:
All of our stylists have completed COVID-19 specific sanitization/barbicide training.
Social distancing measures will be enforced throughout the entire space and we will have minimal movement throughout the space
Please do not bring other people to your appointment with you (exceptions may be made for parents/guardians accompanying their children for an appointment - however, depending on space, you may be asked to wait outside after consulting with their stylist).
Food and beverage service is temporarily suspended.
For everyone’s safety, please do not bring any food or drinks with you to your appointment at this time.
All common areas in the space (such as the waiting area, front desk and bathroom) will be regularly sanitized by our team.
24 hours prior to your appointment you will receive an appointment reminder email and/or text. You will be asked to cancel or reschedule if you feel unwell in any way.
